Quality Improvement Plans
Health Quality Ontario is overseeing the implementation of Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) in Primary Health Care organizations. The Excellent Care for All Act has stipulated that hospitals develop and implement plans of their own, and this has expanded to cover primary care. The Lakehead NPLC is pleased to offer better access, integration, and patient-centredness as we implement our own QIP.
